OPEN PLAN LIVING ALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR
The front door opens to a bright cosy living area with two comfortable leather sofas looking out onto the spacious lawn. It is a perfect space to sit and chat, play some favourite family games together, make plans for tomorrow's adventures or hook up to the Wi-Fi with the supplied code, play a DVD or watch a film on the 40" Smart TV with a variety of free and subscription apps.
ALL THE CONVENIENCE OF A HOME FROM HOME
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and worktop freezer. For shopping there is a Tesco Supermarket in Callington, a Morrison's and Aldi in Liskeard or why not organise a delivery? Family meals and snacks are served on the extending dining table for up to six and hot water from the sink is available via an immersion heater switch in the hall.
THREE SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
Three good sized double bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six. Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two has bunk beds and a single bed; and bedroom three has two singles that can be pulled together as a king size double all with drawer units and hanging space. Duvets, pillows with protectors and mattress protectors are supplied - please bring a quilt cover, sheet and pillow slip for each bed and towels.
BATH OR SHOWER OPTIONS
This hosts a bath with an electric shower above. The water for the bath and basin is heated via the immersion heater switch in the hall. The water from the shower is heated instantly - just pull the extra pulley switch and the on/off button lights up. When you turn the shower off water will continue to flow for a few seconds - please do not press the off button again. The separate toilet is very handy when the bathroom is busy!
RELAX ON THE PATIO WHILE THE YOUNG ONES PLAY
A convenient patio provides a spot to relax in the fresh air with a drink or a book on sunny days. The table provides for children's activities and outside dining together with the barbeque option. There's loads of space outside to scoot, run and play with a children's playground to occupy the little ones and a games room, bar, restaurant and tennis court just a short stroll away.
